Tagmond is an electronic music producer from Germany whose driving, organic and rhythmically rich sound is rooted in a unique blend of techno, synth-pop and the unmistakable pulse of hip-hop. Born in Halle (Saale) in 1987, he was introduced early to synth-pop, French house, hard techno and the Berlin club aesthetic through his siblings and local culture — influences that would shape his musical compass for years to come. Hip-hop formed the second major pillar of his artistic identity. Growing up with 90s rap, he began producing beats, beatboxing, writing lyrics and recording his first tracks. The rhythmic intuition and expressive energy of hip-hop continue to echo through his electronic productions today. Although Tagmond is charismatic, expressive and anything but shy — unafraid to show himself, perform, share his work and bring humor, warmth and a free- pirited presence to his audience — electronic music offers him a different kind of space. It's where he can withdraw creatively, filter out the world, and lose himself in pattern, atmosphere and emotion. It’s not about introversion; it's about flow, focus and the joy of building something from pure sound. In his early twenties, he co-founded a successful producing duo, releasing multiple EPs on Tonliebtklang, Dusted Decks, and Come to Music, and earning a spot on Universal Music’s About Berlin compilation. His tracks continue to receive international radio play across Europe and North America. On stage, Tagmond has brought his high-energy, passionate style to events such as Sputnik Spring Break, Jungle Beat Festival, Klassentreffen Festival, Party Animals am See, and Tresor Berlin, marking milestones in his artistic path. Since 2013, he has pursued his solo project agmond, a name inspired by his fascination with the universe and the quiet but striking presence of the “day moon” that accompanied him on early-morning walks home from nights of raving. The Tagmond symbolizes clarity, atmosphere and transition — all key traits of his sound. Influenced by Extrawelt, Kollektiv Turmstraße, Ron Costa, Andi Kohlmann and early Berlin Subdub, his productions merge warm atmospheres, analog gear, modular exploration and emotional breaks. While he approaches music with humor and self-irony, he creates with full passion — resulting in tracks that feel personal, vibrant and unmistakably Tagmond.

Tagmond ist ein deutscher Produzent elektronischer Musik, dessen treibender, organischer und rhythmisch vielschichtiger Sound auf einer einzigartigen Mischung aus Techno, Synth-Pop und dem unverwechselbaren Puls des Hip-Hop basiert. 1987 in Halle (Saale) geboren, kam er durch seine Geschwister und das lokale Umfeld schon früh mit Synth-Pop, French House, Hard Techno und der Berliner Club-Ästhetik in Berührung – Einflüsse, die seinen musikalischen Werdegang nachhaltig prägen sollten. Hip-Hop bildete die zweite tragende Säule seiner künstlerischen Identität. Aufgewachsen mit dem Rap der 90er Jahre, begann er Beats zu produzieren, zu beatboxen, Texte zu schreiben und erste eigene Tracks aufzunehmen. Die rhythmische Intuition und die ausdrucksstarke Energie des Hip-Hop hallen bis heute in seinen elektronischen Produktionen nach. Obwohl Tagmond charismatisch, ausdrucksstark und keineswegs scheu ist – er zeigt sich gern öffentlich, tritt auf, teilt seine Arbeit und begeistert sein Publikum mit Humor, Wärme und einer unbeschwerten Ausstrahlung –, bietet ihm die elektronische Musik einen ganz eigenen Freiraum. Hier kann er sich kreativ zurückziehen, die Außenwelt ausblenden und sich in Mustern, Atmosphären und Emotionen verlieren. Es geht dabei nicht um Introvertiertheit, sondern um Flow, Fokus und die Freude daran, aus reinem Klang etwas Neues zu erschaffen. Anfang zwanzig war er Mitbegründer eines erfolgreichen Produzenten-Duos; gemeinsam veröffentlichten sie mehrere EPs auf Labels wie Tonliebtklang, Dusted Decks und Come to Music und waren mit einem Track auf der Compilation „About Berlin“ von Universal Music vertreten. Seine Stücke werden bis heute europaweit und in Nordamerika im Radio gespielt. Auf der Bühne hat Tagmond seinen energiegeladenen, leidenschaftlichen Stil bei Events wie dem Sputnik Spring Break, dem Jungle Beat Festival, dem Klassentreffen Festival, „Party Animals am See“ sowie im Berliner Tresor präsentiert – allesamt Meilensteine seiner künstlerischen Laufbahn. Seit 2013 verfolgt er sein Soloprojekt Tagmond. Der Name ist inspiriert von seiner Faszination für das Universum und der stillen, aber markanten Präsenz des „Tagmonds“, der ihn auf dem Heimweg von nächtlichen Rave-Partys in den frühen Morgenstunden begleitete. Tagmond steht für Klarheit, Atmosphäre und Wandel – allesamt zentrale Merkmale seines Sounds. Beeinflusst von Künstlern wie Extrawelt, Kollektiv Turmstraße, Ron Costa, Andi Kohlmann und dem frühen Berliner Subdub-Sound, vereinen seine Produktionen warme Atmosphären, analoges Equipment, modulare Klangexperimente und emotionale Breaks. Während er sich der Musik mit Humor und Selbstironie nähert, erschafft er sie mit voller Leidenschaft – und das Ergebnis sind Tracks, die sich persönlich, lebendig und unverkennbar nach Tagmond anfühlen.
